The OPC communications provides the plant control system with all the essential data from the image analysis. The bubble size, froth velocity, stability, texture and color information can integrated into KSX expert control software to provide real time optimization of the flotation circuit. PlantVision™ uses Microsoft DirectX technology, and can process multiple flotation video streams in real time!
