Over the years we have been approached quite a number of times by Companies who wanted to explore the potential for one type or another business relationship. We’re excited about our new partnership with Schneider Electric because it makes great business sense! Schneider Electric’s minerals business focusses on energy efficiency in minerals plants and they excel in monitoring and reporting energy consumption and excursions from norm which allows plant managers to understand how they might manage their operations differently to reduce energy costs while maintaining or even improving operating performance.

Our expert systems control minute by minute the set points being used to run grinding and flotation plants. Energy efficiency of the grinding mills is well know to be low which creates the basis for the very large economic benefit that our expert control systems achieve.

There is additionally great potential to integrate our two technologies to not only diagnose electrical consumption opportunities but then to “close the loop” through our real-time control system to modify operational behavior on a minute by minute basis.
